Return/Refund Policy

We want you to love your Neva Nude goodies! If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
• Items must be in new condition: unused, with the adhesive backing still on, in the original packaging and in sellable condition. For hygiene reasons, pasties and stickers that have been worn or had the backing removed can't be returned.
• Before sending anything back, email us at info@nipztix.com for a return authorization number and our return address. Returns sent without one may not be accepted.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method. We'll email you as soon as your refund is on its way.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@nipztix.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we'll sort it out.

Wrong item

Received the wrong item? So sorry! Email us at info@nipztix.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll ship the correct item to you, and we may ask you to send the wrong item back.
