Welcome to Neva Nude! These terms apply to your use of nevanude.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is run by Foxi Crumpet, LLC (DBA Neva Nude and Nipztix), 2890 E 54th St, Vernon, CA 90058. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, so please give them a read.

Our products

Our Nipztix and BodiStix use a latex free, medical grade 3M adhesive. Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend testing a small area first if you have sensitive skin. By purchasing and wearing our products, you accept responsibility for any skin reaction you may have. Our pieces are handmade, so colors and details may vary slightly from the photos.

Orders, pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep product info and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, and cancel or refund any order if a product is unavailable or was listed at the wrong price.

Your privacy

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the trusted services that help us run our store, such as our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers and advertising partners. You can read the details in our Privacy policy.

Emails

You'll only get marketing emails from us if you sign up for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we'll process your request within 10 business days. We'll still send emails about your orders, like confirmations and shipping updates.

Your photos and feedback

When you tag, send or share photos of yourself wearing Neva Nude, you allow us to repost and use them on our website, social media and other marketing, with credit to you where possible. Any comments, feedback or ideas you send us may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Neva Nude, Nipztix, BodiStix, FabStix, "Has you covered" and "We've got you covered" are trademarks of Foxi Crumpet, LLC. All content on this site, including designs, text, photos and graphics, belongs to Foxi Crumpet, LLC or our partners and is protected by copyright. Please don't use it without our written permission.
