Shipping policy
Our team of internet fairies and unicorns works tirelessly to ship every order within 24 hours of acceptance (business days). As soon as your Bundle of Joy is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.
US shipping
- Snail Mail, USPS First Class (3 to 6 days): FREE on orders over $20, or $5.49 on orders under $20.
- VIP Priority, USPS Priority (1 to 4 days): $8.99, and FREE on orders over $100.
- Speedy Gonzales Express (1 to 2 days): $30. Place your order before 10am on a business day to ship the same day.
International shipping
We ship worldwide for a flat $25 via USPS, DHL or FedEx. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Delays
Delivery times depend on weekends, weather, national holidays and where you are. We always choose the fastest option within the shipping you paid for, but once your order leaves us it is in the hands of the carrier, so we are unable to refund shipping fees for carrier delays.
If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, or you have any questions, email us at info@nipztix.com and we'll respond faster than a speeding bullet (or, ya know, as fast as humanly possible).
